I Need a New Job

Lol those people at work are such fun. I'm over here working my ass off, working weekends, doing OT every day, learning all this new shit and helping manage CS messages, packaging and all this other shit. All this at $11 dollars an hour, for a so called 'promotion' and 'pay-raise'I was given for working so much and being so responsible. New people come in working only CS messages all day and they're gettin paid $12 bucks an hour... Ah, work. Our bosses are really fair people there, giving 'equal pay equal to the work that is done' to people. XD

A job is a privilege and is something that should not be taken for granted. Instead of comlaining then look for another job. $11 is more than min wage.

@Willcontactyousoon: I like to earn my money, and maybe rely on the government if I can't afford other things. But mainly I would like to earn my living, well earn what I can. :)

Nope, they're gettin screwed over cause either way since I'm the only one who knows how to do the stuff I'm doing at work. So when I quit, they won't be able to find more people and will be forced to teach new people themselves while managing a whole bunch of other shit and still be under staffed and poor af. Every new person they manage to find quits within a month or so anyways. XD

I apologize, but I will stay and have a discussion with my boss regarding that issue. If it doesn't work out, then I will hunt down another job like I did with this one. I won't bend to some 'adult' on the internet, demanding that a stranger quit their job, who comes off as jealous of an employed individual. Please calm down and move on to your next victim, ma'am.
