I Need a New Job

My manager is the owner of the business where I work. Sometimes he is stressed out and is very rude to the employees. Today he was very rude to me several times and I was visibly upset about it my whole shift. I wanted to just cuss him out and quit but being as I am the only black girl who works at my job I didn’t want to be the typical angry black girl. How Can I tell him that I won’t tolerate him speaking negatively to me without coming off confrontational?
Think about the words you respond with.

I tend to be a smart ass, and thankfully I haven't gotten into trouble for it... but sometimes you just have to take a step back and recognize that you too deserve respect.

I've asked my boss to watch the way he speaks to me. It hurts my feelings to be spoken to in an altered tone, like HOLD UP and flip the page boi. Especially since most times I was not deserving of such a mood.

It's unnecessary bullshit. Leave that shit at home bro

We all have bad days.

Just say it he is probably doing it bc he likes black girls so he won't know what to say..stop yelling..and walk away with that look he's planning your murder with a huge ass boner in his pants.
