Seems like it. First, i used to think that white lies are better if the truth will hurt the person, but if time Ive noticed that truth comes out anyway, its 10 times more painful plus. Its worse at the end

I would say, being authentically YOU is the most important part of life.
But it takes being completely truthful with yourself to BE authentically you.

Truth might hurt, but it is definitely important. “The MOST” important? I’m not sure.
