Silence isnt golden

I see myself as a relatively friendly and warm person. Apparently, making small talk with people is frowned upon these days.

Dare to smile and acknowledge fellow man and for the most part, I'll be met with a scowl or worse, a blank look.

@Doomflower I appreciate that. However, todays experience was due to me giving someone space to walk past me. I gave way, the offender walks causally past without an inch of gratitude or acknowledgment. Give me something pal!

Well, we do live in the age of Covid. ALL fellow humans are suspect. You must wear a mask, stay 6 feet away, and please don't talk if you are a stranger.
