I Am Fascinated By Human Behavior

We do the very thing that we often despise in others...

I've heard quite a bit about this, that people often pick out other peoples behaviors based on what they see wrong in themselves. It's so strange how we project ourselves like that. How do we subconsciously know whats wrong with ourselves, and how does it get suppressed to the point of where we don't know what's wrong with ourselves?

Food for thought, that's for sure.

Yeah, how do we completely seem unaware at first, that we do the same things. It is food for thought. -How we put up a subconscious smoke screen. Maybe it's like a self-defense mechanism of the ego or just a plain lack of self-awareness. It also shows how easy it is to be in denial.

also we want people to love us who seem like us, but the scam is they have the same faults as you and then wanna punish YOU 4 them, heh!

sometimes anyway. sometimes we get lucky.

I like the Guthrie type references and the nod to the tradition he's following in

I am a walking, talking, representation of most everyone ...and I study myself for clues everyday, on the state of human behavior

atlantic59 · 61-69, M
@Platoscave how many selves do you have? I'm hiding some for myself only. And I look at them late at night, some of em I might save for when I'm older.

I know people that complain about something and then do that very thing?!🤔
Fungirlmmm · 51-55, F
Amen! I hate when I pick up others habits.

@Fungirlmmm I have friends who are twins and they start slipping into a voice and phrase completely of their older, successful brother. Their brother's voice only lasts for a moment, as long as their imagination fueled bravado lasts. And then they sit back down, look around: ...and assume their reality.
