I Like Going Barefoot

When I started walking barefoot even in winter over 30 years ago, I was convinced that it was more of a mental challenge than a physical one.
As a child I had gone barefoot on wet and cold days in March and November. It hadn't hurt me, but hardened, and it was fun. Against my will I had worn shoes in winter. I would much rather have been barefoot then too.
So it was very clear that I would live barefoot all year round, when I took my life into my own hands at the beginning of my studies. I refused to acknowledge the nonsensical conventions of being only full dressed when wearing shoes, as well as the false medical opinion that it is unhealthy to walk barefoot in cold weather.
Because of my experiences with barefoot living since my childhood, I was sure that feet don't have to be protected from cold or other influences. It is healthiest for feet to walk barefoot all year round, in almost every weather, on every occasion and in every environment.
I do that until today, and I'm healthy, especially my feet.
