I Have Very Vivid Dreams

I have recurring dreams of tsunamis. Or water rising. Last night once again struggling to get away from the water on an island where there was not really any area that were above sea level. Running, fighting trying to escape the predicted wave that was going to be 6.7 metres high . What an odd figure but it was very vivid. My neck is in complete spasm today .
