Ugh I’m truly a grumpy person. I feel like either I should be aging backwards like benyamin button or be born in the last where being a grumpy asshat was expected.

And people who tell me being unhappy is a choice and they choose not to be.

Being unhappy is not a choice. Only spoiled, lazy people would say such a thing. Crippled people cannot be happy with the way people treat them- if those who said that unhappiness is a bad decision were cripple, visibly, they would become unhappy too.

You choose what you think about! Be thankful for everything and count your blessings and think about what is good not what is bad. It makes a difference. Always be kind to people and treat them with the golden rule the way you want to be treated. You can also ask the doctor for as antidepressants they really work after 2 months!
