I Am Bipolar

I was diagnosed a few months ago with type one bipolar disorder. My moods shift to extremes. One second I could be calm, soft spoken and collected. A few minutes later I might be driving a hundred miles per hour blasting rock music. But medication does help and i'm much more emotionally consistent.

That isn't bipolar 2 though. Bipolar 2 doesn't include the mania. Bipolar runs in my family and I have dealt with it for over 20 years.

What are your meds? I am bipolar and currently on Depakote.

I see, good for you. Just continue drinking your meds. 😊 My doctor said that bipolar disorder can be easily treated when the diagnosis is made on its early stages.
