I Am a Dog Lover
It was my fault totally and completely, but he was so cute, staring at me while I was eating my lunch.
He sat in the kitchen watching me make it, and his eyes followed every slice of Bread, Cheese and Ham.
A small chunk of cheese broke off a corner and I tossed it up so he could catch it. He rarely missed and instantly it was gone.
I carried my sandwich downstairs to my home office and he followed me. Sitting patiently watching as I took every bite and savored the flavor.
The last quarter is for him, and he happily chews and swallows it. He doesn't show any outward sign of loving it, but I know he does.
Upstairs I am sitting at my computer when the scent hits. He just let off a fart worthy of clearing skunks out of a dead rat filled room.
