I Am a Dog Lover

So this dog was on the side of the road as I was coming home. I went over and shooed it away into someone's yard. I figured it was their dog. So I'm knocking on this door while the dog is barking at me. After a minute or 2 the neighbor walks out and says "thats my dog". This guy acted like one of those cliche millennial hipsters. I was getting mad since he didn't even try to call it over much less get his dog. I told him that his dog was out in the street and he just looks at me like im stupid and says ok. I asked if he could get his dog. He just stood there. Would you like me to get your dog? He didn't say shit. So I grabbed the dog by its collar. Only then did he come over.

What a ass! I think he purposefully let his dog out. If I see that dog again im taking it home. Poor thing coulda gotten hit by a car! Jeeze people these days.. 😡
