What ever it is that you repeat over and over .......that you don't like doing....
Well it still serves you, if it indeed did not serve you, you would stop it.
To serve means that you get goodies, like sympathy, attention....you know deep down why you still do it.
It take 21 days to reintroduce a healthy new habit, we can't stop an old one, we replace it with a new one!
It is all up to you to implement the change you seek ......you will do it or don't ......that is your choice.
