Imagine a robot that you can buy at the store that every time you press the button on it says, “You are not good enough, be faster, better, you are a piece of shit!” And then you crack up laughing because you know it’s just a toy robot.
Imagine that all people who curse you, belittle you, or say rude things to you ARE like this toy robot. Do not take it personally, do not let their words penetrate your mind. Humans are naturally never satisfied, they always complain and talk shit behind our backs, so you need to stay grounded in YOU, in who you know yourself to be, in your mental self-control in a world that can feel like chaos a lot of times.
