Dear god no, I do that and then I have to make sure it is fine.
I prefer to fix it myself, that way I know it's fixed.

@nicedave think about what is wrong with you, then determine if it is a problem you actually have or is someone just saying that to bring you down?
If it is you, make an effort to change aspects of your life.
If it is someone else you can either waste your time taking to them or distance yourself from them.

I'm afraid I would push them away. 😓 Maybe I'd accept it if it was a person I would be truly in love with but otherwise I think it would feel awkward.
