I Forget to Eat Sometimes

Not usually but today I did. I also forgot where I parked at the grocery store and literally wandered around the lot trying to find my car. To the point where I thought (maybe hoped) it had been stolen. I said out loud, " but who would steal my piece of shit car?" Then I found it. I was a tiny bit disappointed but mostly relieved because I had forgotten my phone in the car. But then I started crying a little because it's scary to be losing your mind.
