I have been there Actually had a real heart attack over it See your doctor , For a while they will give you something to ease the pain and you might try a support group its good to get it out and not just lay around letting it kill you . To much time alone is not good either though I know how friends and loved ones abandon you too ,saying they don't know what to do It is tough and the pain is real ,but you can't let it break you and the ones who hurt us don't care ,its not going to bring them back So take care of you ,,the sun will shine again and maybe ,when your better , You will let the one that was meant to be in The one that won't leave and hurt you
