OK. But Uganda is one of the poorest nations in the world. It's a Christian nation, where people aren't taught or have access to birth control, which has led their population to explode as they deplete their natural resources. And when farming employs most of the nation, it's not hard to see why it plays out like it does. And while I"m not sure about this, I imagine Uganda doesn't have unions and guaranteed minimum wage.
