I Am A Gay Teenger

Sooo i'm going to Fresno for four days soon!! I'll be there 4/18-4/21 for the FFA State Conference...I'll be sharing a room with 3 other guys from my school. One will most likely be the friend i had (have?) a crush on, not the one that hates me now but the very first guy i told you about. Also, i'll be sleeping with another guy as we'll need to share beds. Again...most likely with him...hopefully it isn't a huge problem as he knows i'm gay, and he also knows that i had a HUGE crush on him. Do hopefully it all goes well...will anyone else be at this thing??

Discuss it with him and tell him if he is too uncomfortable maybe you can switch beds. That you can contain yourself, but you just want to be respectful.
Putting him on the spot and he'll likely say it's ok, plus you'll have the added admiration for taking him into consideration.

Never script anything, it causes too much focus on remembering.
Just remember the basic points: you are letting him know you care about how he feels about it, and don't want it to be too much for him.
rough example not to be memorized verbatim: Um... hey "Name here" listen, I know you might be a little hesitant about sharing the room with me, but I want you to know I would never jeopardize our friendship so if you would feel more comfortable if I were to find some other place to sleep, I might be able to figure something out, just let me know before hand.
