Do you believe that the legal system/judicial system is fair? [I Am Curious]

Not at all! The rioters are not being charged yet the hero Kyle Rittenhouse is!

I believe that the Attorney General of the United States needs to stop judges who wish to legislate national policy from the bench, and we need to go back to standardized bail, and standardized sentencing. Leniency should not be given on the basis of politics, nor skin color, nor to how loud mouthed a group the criminal belongs.

I am not wise enough to straighten it out, I suppose...but I do believe things have gotten out of hand.
There's room for improvement. There's inconsistency among judges and their interpretation of law. If your chances of winning your case is highly determined on which judge you get, that's not good. If a rich person has a better chance of winning a case because they can afford a better lawyer than a person with less income who has to settle on the one provided for them, that's hardly fair.

With money, it’s even more fair.

No, and it is highly flawed. We have a long ways to go in our approach to admissable evidence and profiling.

There's a lot of young men and women in jail who took a plea out if duress and bad advice from their representation for crimes they did not commit.

Has anyone been wronged by either?
