I Love Winter
It's cold here down under (yes it's not all heatwaves and deadly snakes!).
It's overcast, gently raining and threatening to pour down any minute. I'm on a day off after a brutal few weeks of work (an architect's life is not an easy one "fighting" builders - apologies to all the hard hats out there!).
By the fire, a hot and strong cup of coffee on the table beside me, about to dive into a new book by my favourite author and the weekend in front of me.
Sometimes life is good and I am thankful for these small moments of peace and comfort.
