@Dwari alright then, what was the main argument that the state of UP made with regards to why FOM (Formula One Management) should be taxed more than what they are paying for?

@SW-User the primary argument was on first establishing that F1/FOWC had a permanent establishment

@SW-User They couldn't tax FOWC unless it could be established that they had fixed presence in India

@SW-User it was proved that they did since they were coming on a regular basis, even though for a limited time. They had the circuit at their disposal and over 100 personnel in staff for managing the event

@SW-User the Revenue department (not the State of UP) used Golf Dubai to show recurring events are sufficient to establish fixed place PE in India
