Does it even matter posting here? If I am not a Female online, do I even get any solid responses?

You do,we females are just more guarded here.Conversations mostly don't lead anywhere.So unless it's specific to our interests ,it's tough for us(atleast for me)to respond back .But ,once the chord has struck,I can guarantee a genuine interaction.
