I Am a Cat Person [Cats]

I like dogs also, but at this time of life my pets need to be relatively low maintenance. Responsibly, I don't think I should have a dog until I have a yard for them to run and more time to spend with them. The cats, however, seem to entertain themselves when I'm gone all day and then at night are very affectionate, hanging out with me wherever I am in the house. They're pretty cool. Somewhat independent, but also demonstrate they're glad I'm around.
