Love the pics. I used to do this. I try not to anymore. Especially at night. Try to concentrate on good, light, happy things. Write a braindump list if you need to. I found that helped.

@SardonicasCurse I hope it helps. I think, psychologically it enables us to "put down" whatever is troubling us. The paper can hold it while you sleep x
