I Love Hot Chocolate

Those of you who know me will be familiar with my rants about corporate coffee house chains. However, I've just had a lovely hot chocolate in Costa's on the way back from a business trip so I feel that I'm ahead at last. Why, though, do they insist on giving you saucers with an off centre base? It ruins my damn equilibrium. I'm going for a lie down...

What really hacked me off was that I only really wanted a pee. However, at service areas, you have to go past Macky Ds, Greggs, Costas, M&S Foods and KFC to get to the bogs. Then the little voice says to you, "Go on...you know you want to." Brilliant psychological manipulation. I know what they are doing but I still fall for it.
