I Hate Rude People

I was ringing on front POS (register) today and this old man ordered a short coffee in a tall cup with 2 shots of espresso. The part that makes me mad is that when I was grabbing his cup he demanded it from me and then snatched the sharpie right out of my hand to mark it how exactly he wants it made. He wanted the shots to this line, the coffee to some other line and the cream to the last line.

I went over to get the two add shots and he said I would appreciate it if you put the two shots in first. What I wanted to say was well I would appreciate it if you didn't snatch things out of my hand but I didn't. Bit my tongue and got his drink done as fast as I could to get him out of the store.
