I Feel Like I'm Losing My Mind

This morning I managed to wake up and make my way almost downtown without even knowing it. I don't remember any of it and I was heading in the complete opposite direction that need to go to get to work. I just snapped into reality on the subway and didn't know what was happening. My mind is betraying me.

I was actually sleep walking
I drove my cousin and I to another city ,then asked him how we got here
It happened a couple of times when I was young

@bunnyXbunny yes I finally stopped sleep walking because I got where I barely slept ,,now I am paying for that too
