I Have a Question

How do you attach receipts to a timesheet online? I got this new job handing out samples in the stores but before i hand them out i have to buy the products with their credit card and keep the receipts, the thing is when I fill out the timesheet i have to somehow get them on there, i saw the video they had but it just shows them clicking on it to attach it, but it didnt tell us how to get them on in there in the first place. like type of camera or whatever do i need to put them on there and how do i use it? any ideas? i cant call them, its saturday, i thought of looking up you tubes videos on it but i wanted to see what kind of answers i get first
