@Geminyoureye: get a Holt of social services. Well, I would have to know your name to even do that and there has to be multiple reports filed in you from different people before they even do anything about it. At least in my area. Until then just call the cops and see if they can place them under temporary foster care or place them under the care of a trusted relative until you could get your shit together.

@Geminyoureye: I wouldn't have the right to arrest you as I am not a cop or detective of any kind. If i were a cop, yes I would probably arrest you, get a statement from you and your kids at separate times and you might be set up with court date.

you could make a "citizens arrest"

@Geminyoureye: I would honestly rather for someone from an actual police department do it. I might get hurt or something lol..if i have to handle it myself I'll just not even get involved and just pray for the poor kids and file a report.
