@Nobody00 Because most feel literally nothing at all. They can hurt a person and genuinely not understand why they're hurt nor see the wrongdoing. At least with a psychopath, they most likely understand what they did

@Nobody00 no lol. Apathy is the feeling of indifference (taken a little further). Being depressed makes you apathetic to a large extent but an apathetic person needn't necessarily be depressed.

Lack of regrets probably because they don't have a mindset to tackle the feeling of regret or even feel it.

@Nobody00 When you meet a person who cannot control the person behind their eyes, you've met a psychopath. When you've met a person who cannot appreciate the feelings and emotions of others, you've met a sociopath. When you meet a person who isn't there, you've met a hallucination.
