Your friend should get outside, get plenty of sun to raise her vitamin D level, and breathe fresh air.

This happened to my elderly mother. They had her so scared over covid, she always wore a mask any time she left her house. Bacterial pneumonia almost killed her.

She still wears a mask when she needs to due to the state mandate, but they're disposable, she tosses them often, and she takes if off the second she's out of doors.

well, as it is known, the mask protects others from what you breathe out, but does not stop what others breathe onto you. Thus, she must have been around someone with COVID who wasn't wearing a mask and infected her. The good thing is that with her constant mask wearing, she likely didn't infect anyone else, so thank goodness for that. Also, your friend must have some other health concerns that made her higher risk from getting sick. I'm sorry about your friend

I love masks for the sake of anonymity but the media brainwashing is lame af literally seeing 6ft tall men scared af in gloves and double masks scurrying around like headless chickens 🤣🤣
