Is there anything u seem not to be able to accomplish after trying many times? Ugh this seems just impossible for me 馃槫馃槫

I'm training for a marathon with the run-walk-run method and can't get past the 5-minute run time for my running segments. It is driving me nuts because every time I push past this my legs start shutting down from overtraining and I'm basically couch-bound for a few days. Then my fitness has regressed/detrained by the time I'm back walking about again. I've been hitting this wall for about two years now, and it's driving me nuts.

Meanwhile, my husband who just started running regularly a few months ago can run for 8 miles straight without stopping to have recovery walking segments. ARG!!!
