I Have a Question

I've lost some weight cause of the pandemic, i used to go to places like the senior center or the salvation army for womens groups and bible studies so i used to eat there a lot, now i cant go there so i eat on my own, im short so i was gaining weight eating the way others were, now that im on my own ive lost 14 lbs. i have had issues with high blood pressure, cholesterol and high sugar, im prediabetic too, havent seen my doctor lately but when i do i wonder if my numbers will be going down, im seeing another doctor cause mine retired so i might ask my new one to check all this, think it went down cause my weight went down, and when things open up again should i just go but eat my own stuff at home so i dont gain weight?

Sure. Or just limit what you eat at the Bible studies. Manna would be good but maybe a bit less angel food cake. I'd stay clear of the devilled eggs.

It’s wonderful to attend the Bible studies. I would not miss them, if you enjoy. After all, it is the best food to feed your heart and soul.

One of the best things to do, for you, is to focus on reducing your carbohydrates and trying to exercise more, when you can and yes, ask your new doctor to help you. I have this good feeling that they will love too! My best wishes to you. You are very nice and kind!🤗
Im glad that you are eating less... you should continue to do so even when things reopen....

However, You need to take blood test anyway...

Considering your natural size, 14 pounds might be a lot, if you are continuing to losing weight ...

The problem is not your weight as much as what you are eating.

If I were you, i’d detox first. Then start looking into probiotics. I just started fermenting milk kefir at home. I think it works miracles. Focus on protein, intermittent fasting and pro and prebiotics.

Three months ago I could barely walk from leg and muscle pain. A lady gave me kefir grains and i’ve Been drinking milk kefir every morning. I don’t have pain anymore. Clean your gut and you’ll be surprised.

I am the opposite. All this ordering in, supporting local restaurants has me putting on the pounds.
