I Have a Question

if you get back pay from ssi is that considered income? im getting my ssi taken away cause they said i had too much in my bank acct and when they do that they give you a backpay, i got that in the bank on saturday, i still get to keep the ssdi, its for a couple of thousand, i thought i might have an email from the bank i could forward but i couldnt find it in my trash folder, i cant copy nothing cause everyplace i used to copy stuff with are all closed thanks to corona, i asked the bank to send me copies of that statement with the money in it so i could give it to hud and social services but they said i had to wait till its out of pending, since its a one time payment and not income do i need to give them copies of it at all? i dont mind doing it ,its just a pain when everything is closed and you cant copy anything. any suggestions?
