I Have a Question

whats going to happen to me if a neighbor reports me to the cdc just cause i went outside? we are allowed to go out, to the store or whatever, i wasnt sick or nothing. so is the police going to pick me up or what? i wouldnt go out if i was sick, not sure why she needs to be a tattletale, i didnt commit a crime, any ideas?

Just a busy body causing trouble. Putting a person in jail violates the distance order. So you could Def make such as case in court. But don't worry. This isn't a dystopia yet.

the cdc will laugh at them. you arent under quarantine its not an issue. Doctors and the cdc are ENCOURAGING people to go outside and exorcise as long as they are being safe about it. At that point what she is doing is harassment and wasting public resources via false reporting which is a crime.

Well you have the same if not more arrest authority as they do. I tried to listen to them but they only have guidelines and suggestions.. they claim n95 masks should be good for a least 8 hours, sorry docs you can't prosecute me OSHA can

Is your neighbor actually doing that? If so, it's not going to amount to anything. You're allowed to go outside and to go to stores for essentials etc.

No. It is not illegal for you to go outside, even under shelter in place or lockdown circumstances.
