I Have a Question

any ways to get my pot smoking neighbor out of here? i live next door to her and she has her boyfriend living there without being on the lease, they bring in all their homeless friends and then do a pot parties all the time, they could be doing meth too since her skin looks like its coming off and thats a sign of meth, management wont do anything, the police wont do nothing, im afraid one day they'll start a fire if theyre cooking meth or whatever or smoking inside, theyre not supposed to smoke inside, anyways to enforce the rules and get her out of here, i dont feel safe having strangers around doing drugs all the time especially on wknds when management aint around,

Sooo if there's no legal course of action you can take, and if you can't move... You could play dirty. But that does put you at a risk of serious injury at worst, retaliation at least.

Get a bunch of old babydolls and mark them up with nasty markings, using a sharpie. Like... Put a Hitler 'stache on them, draw dicks, maybe put a cig in their mouth. Put them on stakes, some with heads and some headless, directly in the view of your neighbors. Leave one on their porch. Play loud music during legal hours. Rev up your car while they sleep. Do whatever you can to get them to move. Truth be told, if they're druggies they won't be able in one place for long anyway.

@pearllederman just because someone should do something doesn't mean they will do. I guess it depends on how badly you want to keep putting up with things the way they are.
I would move if I couldn't fight it legally.

If they're keeping up with their lease payments, there's probably no way to get them out of there. I think all you can do is watch for suspicious activity and report anything you think might be dangerous. Do what you can to protect yourself. There's nothing you can do about your neighbor.
