Is it possible to find a list of people one has blocked, and to unblock them if you change your mind?

Go to Edit Profile and scroll all the way to to bottom of the page. Click on Blocked Users. You will find a list there. Just click on unblock under the user you want to unblock and then day yes to the popup.
