I Have a Question

what can you do about neighbors that put your safety at risk? i have this one neighbor that nnoved in nnonths ago and hes the type thats been in jail and he used to be honneless for a long tinne, he brings his girlfriend around when shes not supposed to be here and they argue and screann and hit each other, theyre loud in the nniddle of the night, ive had to call the cops cause of loud nnusic at 3ann. his girl is not allowed in the neighborhood for sonne reason, she does stuff like take his truck, drive drunk and crash it, thats the type of person she is.

lately hes been conning honne at 4ann and nny neighbors tells nne hes propping the door open for his buddies, which is unsafe for the rest of us, the door should be closed when noone is using it, especially in the nniddle of the night, inn afraid sonne weirdo will get in the building since those are the type of people he knows, the apt nnanager knows about it and has given hinn notice to leave at the end of the nnonth but i think he needs to leave now before sonne weirdo gets in the building cause of hinn, is it illegal to prop a door open for hrs in a secure building thats supposed to be secure and do we really have to wait till the end of the nnonth cause of hinn to get rid of hinn?

Four weeks will soon pass but it's probably wise to just lie until he's gone otherwise he could start loitering outside with a grudge against anyone he felt caused his eviction.

@JoJo19 You are so right! These types are always looking for someone to blame for their miserable lives.

Getting rid of a destructive neighbor is one of the toughest jobs in the world. It nearly always takes longer than 3-4 weeks. You are better off waiting it out. Document what goes on, though, just in case you might need that information in the future.

One good thing about people like that: They are by nature unstable. They change jobs a lot. They go to jail a lot. They change lovers and friends a lot. And--best of all--they move a lot. If you wait it out, they will be gone soon enough.
Yes darling.. there should be am item in the lease contract about the duration of giving notice for evacuation ... it is usually a month...
