Have you ever had plantar fasciitis? I have it now and it is painful.

Yes I have, and it sucked. 3 months of physical therapy 3 times a week with laser treatment did the trick. That was 8 years ago and it hasn’t come back, good luck to you.

Yes it took for ever to go away. Need physical therapy.

@Subsumedpat Mine had gone away, but now my foot is swollen. I work on my feet all the time so it's frustrating.

@Cloud7593 It can be a constant battle, you have to get the PF quickly soon as it starts and get the tendons stretched back out. I think the swelling needs massage and soaking and putting them up
