I Have a Question

why did i get really hot today and break out all over after eating lunch? thats never happened to me before, I do have food allergies but even before i knew i had them it still never happened, if i take claritin and benadryl i have no problem eating things im allergic to, but for some reason this happened to me today, if i stop eating everything im allergic to i wouldnt have anything to eat, the tylenol i take has always made me feel hot so im wondering if thats the culprit, i might take naproxen or advil instead, it only lasted a couple of minutes and by the time i figured out what was going on, it started to go away. so i didnt want to bother them in the er and i cant ask my doctor on a saturday anything. any ideas of what happened?
