@beckychandler: Apparently this is were the depraved and deviant hang out for whatever reason. Maybe they think people will actually want to engage them or not shun them as pariahs. Of course most probably don't do half of what they say they do nor are they who they say they are

@beckychandler: i would be a horrible sales person... no doubt about that. but its not just about porn and perversion... i had great political discussions here too, even met some religious folks with good points. the site is what you make out of it and restricting it in a way cuts down its potential

@Strawberrymilk: What is the connection between perversion and great political discussions? At any rate I never proposed restricting it --apparently it is a sandbox where the perverts like to play --and that was just an observation I was making.

@beckychandler: There is no connection at all. I believe that the day comes when people realize that many crimes would not have taken place had the people not had the chance to discuss their morbid and sick fantasies with like minded people. The perverts here might well be the child offenders and rapers of tomorrow.

@Strawberrymilk: I have no problem when two people want to talk about whatever is on their mind or part of their life experience. That is a good thing and can bring about good. But such talks are not public and should not never be used to condone or encourage what is wrong. Wherever the well being of others and their sense of decency is endangered, topics should not be public.

@Strawberrymilk: I never smile when I take notice of a post by a pervert. And I am able to see the difference between the desire to seek help and the desire to get off on a perverted subject or to glorify it.

@Dreammmer: Free will means that you get to choose what to do. You can choose the options other people present you with, or you can choose to create options to follow. The bible is all about free will, and how it should be handled. No one if forcing you to do anything, only because God made it so that they can't force you to do something, but you're encouraged to do a lot of things. Also a reason for why you can't expect others to follow what you think is decent, you can't force other people to do what they do not want to do.

@beckychandler: Oh I agree with that 100% There is an odd idea in modern society that if left to their own devices people will do what is best for them. This seems to be a very silly notion to me because clearly everyone has decided that business leaders can't be trusted to work for the public good! Selfishness and the me me me attitude is the default position for people especially kids. They need to be trained and brought up to look beyond themselves.

Never once did I even hint at forcing someone. This post is about perverted people posting what is disgusting and wrong not only in the sight of God, but also wrong in what is commonly accepted by society as moral and right.
