I Got Rejected

So, at work there's this guy. To keep it short, he hot, he cool, he amazing. I had a huge crush on him.

We never talked much, just on and off in the halls or at the lockers. He'd flirt, I'd flirt back.

So today, I worked up the courage and asked him out on a date.

This boy, his hand on my ass, looked into my eyes and said "oh, sorry, I can't, I have a boyfriend."

So I asked, "how long has that been a thing"

And this boy, his hand still on my rear end, said "like, almost a year? Don't worry, you're still a cutie though."

So I just walked off and got on with my day
