I Love the Blessed Virgin Mary
On Friday the Church celebrated the birth of the [b]Mother of God[/b].
The winegrowers in France call this feast [i]"Our Lady of the Grape Harvest."[/i] The best grapes are brought to the local church to be blessed and then some bunches are attached to hands of the statue of Mary. A festival meal which includes the new grapes is part of the day.
