how much have you though about it? are you planning to roast your own beans or source from.. Specialize in any particular aspect - Espresso, pour over, syphon brewing, ect. what shops do you particularly admire? Food yes/no.

kinda hard to give direction based on so little info

@mrwhiterabbit Yes..I would like to buy good quality Brazilian coffee seeds and freshly grind from own shop...and another important things is fresh milk..so try to get fresh milk from cow farmers directly on daily basis..
snacks items should make our own bake house...not much..some particular items only..that depend upon each area customer taste

I don't know where in the world you are located but alternative milks are also popular @Tanoos you need to think about consistency are you going to weigh your shots? How many grinders? 2 1 for espresso 1 regular drip or 3 1 for decaf or 4 ( light and dark roast?) how is seating? Patio?

What will make yours different...
My daughter was shift leader at a franchise. The franchise gives you all the supplies, marketing etc. Which is possibly good way to start if you've no experience and then later set up an independent shop maybe.

@SW-User thank you sir..good advice...let check out the possibilities

@Tanoos you'll learn what local customers like or don't. Allowing you to be more targeted as an independent.
I love to support independent shops but when somewhere new or in a hurry I'll use a chain as you know what you'll get. Independents it's more important to always make a good impression.

At first, you should start with some Franchise of already running coffee shop. It will give you insights (working,expense,profits, staff etc. etc.) of the business and after running it for 2-3 years or maybe less, you can go for your own brand.

Demand and location. Nothing worse than a new business that has little demand or has too much competition. The saying location location, location also has a lot of truth.
Looks yummy i love the taste of coffee i just dont think i like the effects... It makes my back feel hot in flashes. I would drink some but its already kinda late ahaha

Work in an established coffee shop for a while. Get some experience at their expense first.

Tanoos · 41-45, F
@Oneprez yes..sure we can
See a business adviser!!!
You might just have to bite the bullet and start with not knowing. It'll be difficult I'm sure, but you'll learn.
