I Hate When People Repeat What They Say

I've heard the word "overqualified" several times today..overstated whether unintentional or intentionally to hurt me. Tuesday didn't end yet perhaps I'll hear some more. :/

Unfortunately it are just people without any power ore influence at all, who are saying this, otherwise they would give you a better qualified job than.
