@Winston, actually, it doesn't bother me at all. My point was that until PM is up and running, everyone will be talking about all kinds of things (ALL kinds!!!) wherever they see fit. Conversations go off on tangents, it happens! And you can see now how it happens, having done it yourself! :-) If you don't like what you see on a particular thread under a certain topic there's nothing to stop you creating a whole new thread of your own, under which you can chat about whatsoever you please, and in so doing you'll also have the ability to edit it as you like. :-)
