I Love Construction Builders

Artists are always celebrated and recognized for their artistry. Yet I feel some of the most important and sacrificing artists are not given the importance they deserve. It is burning hot outside right now, and guess what the dedicated artists I found are doing? Building non-stop. The intricacy, the perfection, the speed in their work is second to none. How they do it? How they muster the strength to wear long sleeves and bandanas over their mouths in this weather and work, I don’t know. All I know is after it dawned on me that the builders of all structures world-wide are artists that are unrecognized for what they are, I had to do something about it. I am beyond grateful for every single construction worker in history, over all the 7 continents that take a picture or blue print and turn it into 3D. I am inspired and humbled by these individuals who risk their lives putting a shelter over all of our heads. Look around your home, office, store, or wherever you are right now... construction artists built that through sweat, hard work, and determination. Everyone celebrates Picasso, DaVinci, Michael Angelo and rightly so, but what about the artists that are allowed no mistakes, that climb great heights, in unbearable weather while wearing long sleeves, jeans, a helmet, and a cover over their mouths? I have no words to describe how much I admire construction artists for their humility, for not looking for praise or recognition, for continuing to work despite not making the amount of money they actually deserve, and for doing the work that most of us pay universities to avoid having to do, who without there would be... nothing.

Investors and entrepreneurs are awesome and they know how to make a profit to keep the economy going. We know owners profit over the hard work of these individuals. We know there are people inside in air conditioner making a greater amount of money than these guys who are actually doing the physical labor. Guess who mesmerizes me the most, the smart entrepreneur or the one getting dirty to get the job done? I am completely captivated by the one doing the dirty work for sure. Do you see how humble and hard-working from the heart these individuals are? For them it’s not even about the money, they make nothing compared to what they actually deserve.

Construction workers are artists, so next time you see one stop by, and take a picture with them... as if you were taking a picture with a celebrity. They certainly are deserving of great recognition and admiration.

Thank you construction workers, for doing the hardest job, in the harshest conditions, and without the need for recognition.

I wish I could say more, but I don’t have the words to express how amazed and humbled I am by these individuals.

stopped reading at this. a shitload of artists died in misery with their work being only recognised after they died.
