I Feel Like My Dreams Are Telling Me Something

Is school the equivalent of life in our dreams ?

I often dream I am back in HS, I have a big exam coming up and I have not studied for it as I've been away traveling.

Last night my academic levels got an upgrade and I dreamed I was in University but I was worried because I didn't like attending it very much and I had skipped classes. A friend of mine phoned me and asked me to pick her up on the way to class but I didn't hear her message until too late but I did go to her house and tried a new route and realized it wasn't that complicated to get there. However in that area lived some shady characters and one of them tried to mug us and steal my daughter who was in my arms as I walked around her neighborhood. Fortunately nothing happened to us after all and I made plans to pick my friend up on my way to class the next day as I was concerned they were taking assistance and I could flunk some subjects for not attending class.

I also had repetitive dreams about school and not finding the way to arrive to. They are pretty stressing.
I learnt with my psychology that you only can give an fair interpretation to them and it's not easy.

@Underconstruction: I know the feeling, I'm pretty much alone too.😕If it wasn't for my boyfriend I'd have no help at all. When I broke my ankle on both sides I couldn't cook for myself and had to stay in a nursing home for 3 weeks, it was awful and I was so glad to be out of there! I'm glad you've healed and are now home with your child.💓💫

@Peaches: Oh, that must´ve been awful, Peaches. It´s good to know you have your boyfriend now. Being ill/hospitalized is always a challenging time.Particularly when we have a small family or no one at all. On the other hand it is also a time that will show us who is a true caring friend and who is not.

I think so, I think of this life that way! The school of life or something like that. I think our fears come through in our dreams...something we need to work out maybe?
