I Am On the Computer Too Often

I spend from 3-12 hours on my computer everyday. But is it too often? My work requires a computer, and then when I want to have a good time, I go online.

I don't think it's too bad. After all you did say use of a computer is used for work. And as long as your online time pertaining to work isn't taking a backseat to your online interaction with social media, you're fine.

I use my smartphone with specific apps that I utilize in cooperation with my job. But in between my use of these apps, I browse, check Fb, IG and SW.

It's not a crime to do so.

@Madeleine yes except I drive a transport tank truck in the oil and gas industry. So my office moves lol.

Yeah ..be careful oh the light it immits . I use an iPad which has a night time display , much gentler on the eyes 😊

No but you might want to get some glasses for the glare or to polarize the light.
