I'm so very sorry. What's your plan of action?

@Medicalguy32 Do you have someone helping you navigate it? No matter how much you may know about medicine, when you're diagnosed, you know your brain has trouble processing and figuring out how to manage your own healthcare. I don't want to overstep but I found this book to be incredibly helpful, The Complete Cancer Survival Guide by Peter Teely and Philip Bashe. I can't stress enough how much it helped guide me from beginning to end for a few different family members whose health care I was involved in. I wish you all the best. Sending you virtual hugs. 🤗

hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Which type do you have?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@Medicalguy32 OK Dear Wife went through a similar case. She was given chemo and then radiation and has been cancer non recurrent for the last 5 year.
Medicalguy32 · 36-40, M
@hippyjoe1955 that is awesome. Mine is pretty severe, i have very large nodules on my lungs, lymphnodes are severe swollen and my oxygen level is very low
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@Medicalguy32 Yes each case is individual. Dear Wife's tumors were right beside her lungs and she had difficulty breathing. Her first treatment of chemo helped her breath. My cousin is going through similar her tumor is in her neck and pressing against her carotid artery. She has been hospitalized after our health care system put her treatment on hold for a year.
